General Booking Terms
All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed once full payment has been received.
Prices may be reviewed and changed from time to time. Where a booking is made and paid for in advance, the price paid at the time of booking will remain applicable to that booking.
Bookings, vouchers and promotional offers may not be resold for profit at an increased price. Where a booking is found to have been resold in breach of these terms, Kbowl Naas reserves the right to cancel the booking with no refund.
Kbowl Naas reserves the right to amend, change or withdraw any offer or promotion at any time. Any booking already confirmed and paid for will remain subject to the terms applicable at the time of booking.
Online Bookings
Online bookings require full payment at the time of booking.
Once an online booking has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded. Please check your booking details carefully, including the date, time, number of participants and activity selected, before completing payment.
In exceptional circumstances, Kbowl Naas may, at its discretion, consider a request to amend or cancel a booking. Any such decision is discretionary and does not create any obligation to provide a refund or amendment in future cases.
Cancellations & Refunds
Kbowl Naas operates a standard no-refund policy on bookings made online, by telephone or in person, including any booking fees.
If you are unable to attend your booking, the booking remains non-refundable unless Kbowl Naas agrees otherwise in exceptional circumstances.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to limit or exclude any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
Bowling
Children under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Special rates are only available Monday to Friday unless otherwise stated.
For everyone’s safety, all customers must follow the bowling rules and any instructions given by members of staff at Kbowl Naas.
Bowling Safety Rules
1. Do not cross the foul line, as the area beyond it can be extremely slippery.
2. Bowling balls are heavy and should always be handled carefully.
3. Do not carry bowling balls unnecessarily.
4. Do not hold bowling balls above your head.
5. Select a bowling ball of a suitable weight and ensure the finger holes are an appropriate size.
6. Lightweight balls should be used for children.
7. Do not throw bowling balls when the lane is inactive.
8. If a ball becomes stuck, please ask a member of staff for assistance.
9. No running on the bowling lanes.
10. Keep hands, arms, legs and head away from the ball return opening.
11. No climbing on furniture or equipment.
12. Report any food or drink spills to a member of staff immediately.
Bumper rails are available to children under 12 years of age.
Wacky World Soft Play
Wacky World sessions are limited to 90 minutes. Customers must leave the play area promptly when their session ends to allow the area to be cleaned and prepared for the next session.
Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times. Staff are available to assist with concerns but do not provide childcare or supervision.
Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring that children in their care follow the Wacky World rules.
Rules of play:
1. Parents and guardians must read and understand the rules of play for the
Wacky World Play Area before their child enters the play area.
2. Children must be supervised by a parent or adult at all times in
the play area.
3. All applicable height and age restrictions must be observed.
4. The play equipment is designed for children ages 3-8.
5. The blue slide is only suitable for children aged 5 years and over.
6. The toddler area equipment is designed for children aged 3 years and under.
7. Adults are not permitted to use the play equipment.
8. Shoes, jewellery and loose articles of clothing must be removed before entering the play area.
9. Socks and long sleeves must be worn at all times.
10. Slides must be used one child at a time, in a seated position, feet first.
11. Do not climb up slides or on the outside of the play equipment.
12. Popcorn is not permitted in Wacky World.
13. Running, pushing, hitting or other inappropriate behaviour is not permitted.
14. Only food and drinks purchased on the premises may be consumed on site.
15. Parents or guardians must inform staff of any relevant medical conditions before their child enters the play area.
Kbowl Naas reserves the right to ask a child or accompanying adult to leave the play area if the rules are not followed or if behaviour presents a risk to other customers or staff.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes liability where such limitation or exclusion is not permitted by law.
Pre-Ordered Food & Drink
Food and drink purchased online, whether included within a package or purchased as an additional add on, will be confirmed upon arrival and served at the agreed location, subject to availability,
Products offered are subject to availability and an alternative option may be offered.
Alcohol purchases made online will be validated when you check-in and proof of age may be required.
Kbowl Naas reserves the right to refuse the sale or supply of alcohol where satisfactory proof of age cannot be provided or where staff have concerns regarding the purchase.
Purchases made by, or for underage drinkers, will not be refunded.

Only food and drink purchased from the centre may be consumed within the premises.
Arrival Times
Customers should arrive no more than 5 minutes before their scheduled booking time.
Please have your booking confirmation available when you arrive at reception.
If you arrive late, we may not be able to provide the full activity or booking time originally purchased. In some circumstances, a late arrival may result in the booking being forfeited without a refund.
We recommend allowing sufficient time to make your journey and arrival at the centre.
Photography & Imagery
All Pictures shown are for illustration purpose only. Actual decoration set up, packages and facilities may vary.
Customers may take photographs of their own children within Wacky World, provided that other children or customers are not intentionally photographed without appropriate permission.
Gift Vouchers
Vouchers purchased online must be redeemed exclusively through the Kbowl Naas online booking system.
Vouchers purchased at reception cannot be redeemed online and may only be used for bookings made in person at Kbowl Naas or by telephone.
Online vouchers may only be used towards options that are available to book at the time of redemption.
Vouchers cannot be redeemed in person, exchanged for cash, or refunded.
Where the total cost of a booking exceeds the value of the voucher, the remaining balance must be paid at the time of booking.
Vouchers cannot be used to purchase another voucher.
Kbowl Naas reserves the right to refuse a voucher where it has been altered, duplicated, resold for profit or obtained fraudulently.
Vouchers are valid for 5 years from the date of purchase.
Offers & Promotions
Promotional offers are subject to availability and to any specific terms stated when the offer is purchased.
Unless otherwise stated, offers cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts or vouchers.
Kbowl Naas reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw promotions, subject to applicable consumer rights.
Health & Safety
Customers must follow all health and safety instructions, signage and reasonable instructions given by Kbowl Naas employees.
Customers are responsible for using facilities and equipment appropriately and for supervising children in their care.
If you have a medical condition, injury or other circumstance that may affect your ability to safely participate in an activity, please inform a member of staff before participating.
Changes to Facilities & Activities
Kbowl Naas may occasionally need to close, alter or restrict access to facilities or activities due to maintenance, operational requirements, health and safety considerations or circumstances outside of reasonable control.
Where a significant change affects a confirmed booking, Kbowl Naas will endeavour to provide appropriate information and, where applicable, an alternative arrangement.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with any aspect of your visit, please contact the centre manager as soon as possible so that we have an opportunity to address the matter.
Complaints relating to an online booking should include the booking reference and all relevant details of the issue where possible.
Statutory Rights
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects or limits any rights or remedies that cannot be legally excluded or restricted under applicable Irish consumer law.
Changes to These Terms
Kbowl Naas may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version applicable to a booking will generally be the version in force at the time the booking is made, unless a change is required by law or otherwise applies to the booking.
