General Prices
We regularly review our prices and if you make a booking in advance, the paid price will remain the same, and is not subject to increase or decrease.
The centre forbids the selling-on of bowling at an increased price by any third party. In such cases, bookings will automatically be voided with no refund given. This includes, but is not limited to, the use of vouchers.
Booking Online
It is essential to note that refunds and cancellations cannot be made to online bookings apart from in exceptional circumstances. We require full payment for advanced bookings so that we can secure your activity.
The centre reserves the right to cancel, amend, change or withdraw any offer or promotion at any time.
Arrival Times
Customers will only need to arrive 10 minutes before their booking time.
Please have your booking confirmation ready when arriving at Reception. Late arrivals may not be able to participate in the activity booked and could lose the total amount paid. Please leave plenty of time for your journey.
Bowling
Adult and Child Concessions: Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Please ensure you have read and understood our bowling rules in the interest of health and safety before visiting our centre.
Bowling rules:
Bowling is great fun and we want you to enjoy your visit to Kbowl. In
the interest of health and safety we would ask all our patrons to
consider the following:
1. Never cross the foul line as the area beyond is very slippery
2. Bowling balls are heavy, make sure you grip them firmly
3. Do not carry bowling balls around unnecessarily
4. Do not hold bowling balls above your head
5. Choose a bowling ball weight that suits you and check the finger hole sizes
6. Use lightweight balls for children
7. Do not thrown bowling balls down the lane when the lane is inactive
8. If a ball is stuck in your lane please ask a member of staff for
assistance to retrieve it
9. No running on the lanes
10. Watch out for balls returning to the rack; keep your arms, legs
and head away from the ball return opening
11. No climbing on the furniture
12. If any food or drink spills, please inform a member of staff immediately.
Soft Play
Please leave immediately as your slot finishes to allow for cleaning
ahead of the next session. Play is limited to 90 minutes at all times.
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. We would ask
parents and guardians to ensure their children under their care abide
by the rules when using the play area, in particular as accidents
while playing are unavoidable. Please note our staff are here to help
should you have any concerns but cannot take responsibility for any
children playing and/or accidents that may occur. Parents are
permitted to take photos of their own children only.
Rules of play:
1. Parents and guardians are asked to read the rules of play for the
Wacky World Play Area before your child enters the play area
2. Children MUST be supervised by a parent or adult at all times in
the play area.
3. Height and age restrictions are in force for the safety of all the
children, please respect them.
4. Main play equipment is designed for children ages 3-8
5. Blue slide is only suitable for children aged 5 years and over
6.Toddler area equipment is designed for children aged 3 years and under
7. Adults are not permitted on the play equipment
8. Please remove shoes, loose articles of clothing and jewelry
9. Socks and long sleeves must be worn at all times
10. Slide one at a time, forward seated position, feet first
11. No climbing on or up the slides or the outside of the play area
12. Popcorn is not permitted in Wacky World at any time
13. No running, pushing or hitting allowed
14. Only food and drinks purchased on the premises may be consumed here
15. If your child has a medical condition you must inform us before entering
16. Wacky World accepts no liability for supervision, loss, damage or
injury to persons or property within the centre, this does not affect
your statutory rights.
Pre-Ordered Food & Drink
Food purchases made online, whether as part of the inclusive meal deal packages or as an additional ‘Add-on’ purchase, will be confirmed upon arrival then served at your desired location.
Products offered are subject to availability and an alternative option may be offered.
Alcohol purchases made online will be validated when you check-in and proof of age will be required. Garda Age Card as a suitable form of ID when
purchasing alcohol. Purchases made by, or for underage drinkers, will not be refunded.

Only food and drink purchased from the centre may be consumed within the premises.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
The centre offers a standard no refund policy on all bookings made, either by walk-in, call centre or online. If you wish to cancel your booking, you will not be offered a refund, this includes any booking fee.
